Blain, The report looks great, very thorough. One question, you mentioned a problem with the jetted tub in the master. It looks like the pump is jetting the water; what about it wouldn't turn on? Is there a bubbler or something? Also, great news on the furnace and air conditioner being built in 2002. Those should both last a long time! That was a nice surprise. The realtor had told us it was most likely the original furnace! Thanks,
